Key Responsibilities
- Log sales orders in Softcell's in-house order processing application
- Create daily inward material received and delivery reports
- Understand the applicability of GST and TDS on transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams across sales, purchase, and commercial functions to resolve issues and queries
- Pass entries in Tally software and create PIs
- File various documents in physical and digital formats
- Assist in preparing and reconciling statements related to debtors, creditors, and other ledgers as required
- Create MIS reports, including billing, outstanding, collection, sales, and inventory reports
- Handle other commercial tasks assigned from time to time
Note
- There will be retention one time bonus Rs 15000, though we may consider paying something based on his/her performance after completion of 2 years
- The employment term will be for 2 years
- The position will be labelled Commercial Trainee
