Responsibilities

• aBuild and maintain strong customer relationship
• sIdentify and develop new customers and market
• sNegotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial term
• sManage customer issues, including payments, quality and deliver

ySourcing and Tradin

• gIdentify and secure supply opportunities in India for expor
• tNegotiate supplier agreements and purchasing term
• sMonitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, reliability

)Commercial Performanc

• eDeliver profitable trades aligned to margin target
• sMonitor market process, trends, and competitor activit
• yRecommend and act on opportunities to improve profitabilit
• yContribute to budgets, forecasts, and performance trackin

gRisk and Credit Managemen

• tEnsure all deals meet credit and payment requirement
• sWork with credit team to manage customer payments and deb
• tEscalate and manage exceptions to trading term
• sManage risks related to pricing, contracts and deliver

yMarket Intelligence and Strateg

• yMaintain up to date knowledge of commodity market
• sShare insights with internal stakeholder
• sSupport market diversification and growth strategie

sGovernance and Proces

• sEnsure all contracts and documents are complete and complian
• tMaintain accurate records of transactions and agreement
