This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The role involves managing sales activities, delivering impactful sales presentations, and developing new business opportunities. The Commercial Sales Specialist will also focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating to meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in preparing and delivering effective Sales Presentations

• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in commercial real estate sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
