Role: Sales Director
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead commercial strategy across a suite of technology-enabled solutions spanning safety, health, and workforce support
- Take full ownership of revenue delivery, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Drive complex, enterprise-level engagements including solution positioning and commercial structuring
Deal Leadership & Execution
- Manage high-value B2B sales cycles from origination through to closure
- Structure and negotiate long-term commercial agreements, including multi-year partnerships
- Serve as a senior representative in strategic client discussions and negotiations
Account Management & Expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across maritime operators and industrial clients
- Identify and execute on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and long-term value delivery
Business Development
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across target sectors
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships, including channel and distribution networks
- Represent the organisation at industry engagements, conferences, and client forums
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development, with strong exposure to maritime or offshore industries
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and acquiring new clients in complex environments
- Familiarity with shipping, offshore, or broader industrial ecosystems
- Experience selling technology-led or integrated solutions (e.g., safety, health, fintech, or adjacent areas)
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
- Advanced degree or maritime-related background advantageous (seafaring or certification experience considered a plus)
