We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager & Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and driving business growth through effective Sourcing & Closing and relationship management. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Real Estate Corporate market and excellent leadership skills, negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, and building managers.
What you will do:
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relation building with potential clients
- Identify and pursue commercial leasing deals for office spaces, Co-working spaces, Managed offices, Retail brands etc
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients real estate needs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team
Desired Profile:
- Min. 02 to 03 Years of experience with Commercial Real Estate OR Commercial leasing
- Any Graduation OR Master's in Marketing/Real Estate
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets and current trends
- Excellent communication skills for effective client acquisition and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals
