Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to oversee our property portfolio's maintenance, tenant relations, vendor management, and project coordination. The Asset Manager will ensure all property operations are handled efficiently, maintain relationships with tenants and vendors, and drive improvement projects while monitoring budgets and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong understanding of property management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience of 5+ years in asset management, property management, or a related field.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  
• Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with Yardi, local building codes and safety regulations is a plus.
  

Candidate Should Possess:

A minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi is required. Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents as well as financial information contained in accounting software, spreadsheets, financial statements, etc., required.

Expert-level proficiency working with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required.
