Commercial (Purchase/ MRO/ Service ) - Dalmiapuram

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure effective Procurement of material & services as per Plant requirement.
• Finalization pro of Purchase orders for Engineering Stores & Spares, regular consumables, Maintenance items & other Misc. items.
• professional with vast experience in cement industry based at south plants with Hindi & Local languages preferred
• Review & evaluate comparative statements and complete preliminary negotiations with vendors
• Provide all required inputs to seniors for approval to finalize orders as per delegation manual
• Review pending PR & POs with users for its priority and arrange the delivery of materials at right time.
• Manage development of new vendor for cost reductions and improved quality
• Monitor performance and analysis of vendors in terms of their timely delivery, quality of material
• Sound knowledge in handling MRO, CAPEX, Works & Job contracts finalization
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Effective communication and decision making skills
• Familiar with SAP/ARIBA system of Material Management Module
• Experience in any E-Procurement tools & Digital platforms will be an added advantage

Education

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
