Role Description

The Commercial Property Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, fostering client relationships, and guiding clients through property transactions. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively showcase and pitch property solutions
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development to identify and cultivate opportunities for commercial property sales
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and team members
  • Experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficient in market analysis and industry trends related to commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate or property sales is an advantage
