Job Description

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience (end to end commercial project exposure), Prior work experience with Pharma Commercial business users

Candidate must have hands on experience in Pharma Commercial / Sales & Marketing functions, including

• Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
• Customer & Territory Management
• HCP / HCO engagement processes
• Product launches and lifecycle management
• Market access, pricing & contracting (basic understanding)
• Commercial analytics & reporting

Understanding of commercial KPIs such as:

• Sales performance, targets, call plans
• Reach & frequency

Strong preference for candidates who have worked on commercial pharma platforms, such as: CRM Platforms

• Veeva CRM (mandatory or highly preferred)
• Salesforce

Functional / Technical Skills

• Requirements gathering from Commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Analytics teams)
• Translating business needs into:
• User stories
• Functional specs
• Reports & dashboards
• Data understanding related to:
• Sales data
• Alignment data
• Call activity
• Target lists

Soft Skills

• Strong client communication (especially Sales/Marketing stakeholders)
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business language
• Good documentation & presentation skills
• Experience working in onsite–offshore or global teams
