Commercial Operations Manager (Skincare/Cosmetics)

Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly assertive Commercial Operations Manager to act as the central operational firewall and coordination point between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfillment from the moment an order is received to final delivery. You will not just track orders; you will enforce timelines, resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks, and ensure our top-tier B2B clients receive flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

●     VIP Account Ownership: Take direct commercial and operational ownership of recurring Tier-1 VIP OEM accounts and global distributors, acting as their primary operational point of contact.

●     Order Coordination & Enforcement: Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing from intake to delivery. Ensure order requirements from Sales are clearly translated and accurately communicated to Production and Supply Chain.

●     Production & Supply Chain Alignment: Drive coordination with Production to confirm that manufacturing schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines align with strict sales commitments. Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components needed for production.

●     Proactive Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively flag and resolve any supply shortages, production bottlenecks, or inefficiencies before they impact client delivery timelines.

●     Logistics & ERP Management: Coordinate with Logistics teams to arrange the timely shipment and delivery of finished goods. Maintain absolute data hygiene within our ERP system, ensuring all trackers reflect accurate, real-time order status across departments.

●     Strategic Reporting: Prepare regular executive reports on order fulfillment status and delays, and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline cross-department workflows.

Requirements

●     Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.

●     Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven experience in commercial operations, B2B supply chain, or high-level order fulfillment.

●     Technical Fluency: Mandatory proficiency in ERP systems, alongside strong Excel skills.

●     Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; highly comfortable liaising with—and pushing back on—multiple departments.

●     The Personality: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure with tight deadlines. A true problem-solving mindset with a proactive, get things done attitude.

●     Adaptability: Eager to lead process improvements and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
