Site Name: India - Maharashtra - Worli Mumbai Posted Date: Jan 19 2026 Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager Department: Marketing Qualification: MBA Role Purpose: To support brand teams through efficient content execution, agency coordination, compliance processes, digital initiatives, and operational excellence across channels, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution for key brands. Key Responsibilities: Content & Agency Management Upload content files and create, tag, and link component assets within Content Lab as per defined workflows. Upload and link scientific references, supporting documents, and prior approvals to relevant jobs. Coordinate with Medical, Legal, and Commercial teams to track reviews, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely closures. Ensure continuous onboarding and training of agency partners on: Compliance processes Market research requirements Content development SOPs Ensuring basics documentation to start work (agreement, SOW, PO etc) Brand & Campaign Execution Coordinate with field teams and FEMM to ensure smooth execution of monthly brand campaigns, including POB drives. Manage webinar creation, registrations, tracking, and operational coordination for HCP engagements, including pharmacy and nurse programs. Enable field execution during cycle meetings, national conferences, and brand forums by managing logistics and operational requirements. Coordinate with sales and field teams on execution logistics, material availability, and timelines. Digital & HCP Engagement Monitoring Monitor out-clinic activities and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. Oversee HCO participation, liaising with event organizers and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution. Manage national HCO events end to end (partnering with HCO, getting required documentation and approvals in place, coordinating with agency for any support in stalls/activities) Compliance, Risk & Process Management Manage PR and PO processes, including tracking, follow-ups, and closure. Drive TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) processes and ensure timely documentation, validation, and approvals. Coordinate closure of agreements with vendors Channel & Partner Management Manage operations, including: Booking appointments Sharing appointment details with CFA Support channel onboarding, including documentation, validation, and compliance checks. End to end management of stock stamping and requisite coordination for respiratory team Stakeholder Management Work closely with: Brand Managers Sales & Field Teams Commercial, Legal, and Medical teams External agencies, vendors, and organizers Ensure alignment across stakeholders for timely and compliant execution.
