Key Responsibilities

•     Manage procurement of sub-consultants, including RFQ and RFP processes, bid document preparation, evaluation and award recommendations

•     Draft, review and administer sub-consultancy agreements, task orders and work requests through the full contract lifecycle

•     Ensure insurance, legal and other contractual requirements are met before contract execution

•     Prepare client invoices and manage the billing cycle in coordination with project managers, including follow-up on payments

•     Verify and process sub-consultant invoices against contract terms and agreed progress

•     Maintain the contract log, filing system and commercial reports, and support staff on contract compliance

Skills & Requirements

•     Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract administration or commercial roles, preferably in an AEC or consultancy environment

•     Experience drafting and administering contracts and running competitive bidding processes

•     Working knowledge of invoicing, billing and contract documentation

•     Good negotiation skills and attention to detail

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•     Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is an advantage
