Role Description

Co-ordination with Factory for:-

Production Planning

Material planning

Despatch planning

Advance collection, final settlement and Co-ordination with Customer's Architect for smooth

execution of the project.

Management of commercial aspects relating to the receipt, preparation and response to all allocated

product enquiries.

Negotiation and drafting of contract terms and conditions.

Develop and manage customer framework agreements to improve the efficiency of the

contracting cycle.

Generation of bid pricing in line with business winning strategies, policies and procedures.

Management of allocated contract acceptance activities.

Work closely with the nominated Sales /Bid Manager to lead on all commercial issues associated

with the generation of a coherent proposal.

Participate and complete customer requested price justifications with appropriate levels of

information leading to agreement.

Maintain associated Commercial Department records and update databases.

Management and negotiation of all Agreements including but not limited to NDAs and MOU's

• Other related duties asassigned

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate with Civil / Structural background and specialization in Marketing, Business

Development

Hands on experience in Industrial Construction, Planning activity. Contract negotiations, financial

management and materials

oExceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, CADD software and data analysis tools.
• Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a commercial team
