We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive strategic sales and business growth within the Flavor Solutions function for the FMCG business. The role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, managing key industrial accounts, and ensuring profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales execution experience in the FMCG or ingredient-based B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Business Development -
Direct the strategic sales effort to identify, develop, win, and maintain business within the Flavor Solutions division.
Develop and execute sales strategies that communicate the value of the company's Flavor Solutions offerings.
Establish sales targets and drive new business acquisition.
Account & Portfolio Management -
Manage and grow assigned FMCG industrial accounts.
Analyze, plan, and research business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
Build strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Planning & Financial Management -
Develop and implement business plans, including identifying opportunities and threats to achieve growth objectives.
Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and operate within budgetary guidelines.
Track KPIs and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
