Job Title: Commercial Leasing Role
Job Summary
This diverse role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease commercial/ corporate interested prospects. You will sublease commercial/ corporate space through product demonstration and strategic marketing. Gaining confidence within clients is another aspect of your position, with responsibilities that include maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention. You'll also get to demonstrate your marketing prowess through web advertising and inquiries as well as keep tabs on competitors through telephone surveys and onsite visits. Service-minded individuals thrive in this position, as do those who enjoy selling a product that they can truly be proud of representing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
· Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
· Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
· Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
· Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
· Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
·Handle other special projects as assigned by Property Manager/MD.
·Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures.
·Maintain superior customer service relationship as per company's processes
