This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Commercial Leasing Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring commercial leasing opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating lease agreements, and assisting with market research to provide strategic insights. Other responsibilities include managing leasing documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying updated on market trends to effectively advise stakeholders.

• Expertise in Commercial Leasing, Real Estate Marketing, and Property Management
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and Communication
• Ability to perform Market Research, Data Analysis, and create detailed reports
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal leasing regulations
• Proven track record in achieving sales and leasing targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the real estate or commercial leasing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English, and familiarity with local languages is a plus
