Oversee financial modelling, pricing strategies, contract evaluations, and risk assessments, providing recommendations to optimize commercial outcomes and mitigate business risks.
Drive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence activities for M&A opportunities, identifying key risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities to support investment decisions.
Prepare business cases, recommendation papers, and executive presentations, providing strategic commercial insights to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor tender performance, pipeline opportunities, revenue quality, and business outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams, consultants, legal advisors, and business leaders to deliver commercially sound solutions and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Support budgeting, capital expenditure planning, market analysis, and process enhancements while driving initiatives that improve commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term business value.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering
At least 10 years of commerical experience
Prior experience in Tender Management, M&A and Project Management
