The Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Strategy team operates as an internal consulting group, tackling high-priority topics on senior management's agenda and offering a unique opportunity to work alongside top performers from leading strategy consulting firms, investment banks and across JPMorgan.
As an Executive Director in the CIB (Commercial & Investment Bank) Strategy India team, you will have the opportunity to work on key initiatives across the organization. You will lead CIB strategy projects and work closely with senior leaders across the organization. You will also contribute to the growth, development, and visibility of the India Strategy team across the firmwide Strategy organization. You will scope complex problems, drive rigorous analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and execution roadmaps. You will influence senior stakeholders across the organization and build trust-based, advisory relationships. You will also contribute to broader India Strategy team initiatives, including (but not limited to) training and upskilling, advancing the AI agenda, and hiring.
