Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Commercial Interior Designer. The primary responsibilities include creating and implementing innovative interior designs, space planning, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). The role involves collaborating with clients to evaluate their requirements and executing design plans to create functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective workspace solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Space Planning and understanding of layouts, flow, and utilization of office space
• Experience in Architecture, with knowledge of codes, regulations, and structural elements related to interior design
• Proficiency in developing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for projects
• Expertise in Interior Design, including creating visually appealing and functional environments
• Knowledge and experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in commercial or office design projects is highly desirable
