Purpose of the Role:-
This role will be responsible for maintenance of the commercial hygiene of the region, management of the distributor lifecycle and acting as a finance business partner to the sales function in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- The role partners with the Branch Sales Team- South and handle responsibilities relating to controls, compliance & reporting.
- Ensuring Commercial Hygiene of Region, owning of periodic audits pertaining to commercial hygiene across region to implement, reinforce & strengthen the same.
- Build a culture of commercial hygiene & governance across region & channel partners.
- End to end distributor life cycle management.
- Track the claims status of channel partners on monthly and quarterly basis and ensure timely settlement of claims as per the policy & establishing the process of taking Quarterly NOCs.
- Identify the opportunity for cost efficiencies and drive implementation of the same by benchmarking best in class market practices.
- Collaborating with regional sales teams e.g. Branch Manager, RSMs to drive Commercial Processes.
- Foster relationships with critical stakeholders like channel partners, auditors, and other service providers to align for delivering business objectives.
- Ensure Financial integrity with strict compliance to Organization SOPs/policies & local statutory regulatory policies and take necessary steps in case of any deviation.
- Providing Business support to branch head through high level MIS & Analytics to drive effectiveness of decision & drive cost reviews.
- Assist the south sales team- resolving distributors queries related to finance and taxation.

- Working knowledge of Indian Direct and Indirect tax structure.
- Prior experience in similar role/commercial team.
