Role & responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and record general entries including journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
Conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist in fund management.- Oversee stock/inventory management with proper accounting entries for inward/outward movements.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related workings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting of all accounting activities.
