Job Description

  • Process customer orders in ERP systems ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Independently manage communication with customers, vendors, and branch teams
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution
  • Follow up on commercial issues, dispatch status, and payment collections
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation
  • Handle Bank Guarantees (BG) and related documentation
  • Manage end-to-end email and telephonic communication with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, internal departments, branches, and cross-functional teams
  • Perform customer follow-ups and resolve commercial issues effectively
  • Coordinate with Stores/Logistics team for timely dispatch of orders
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
  • Prepare and maintain accurate billing documents including invoices and related records
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained as per company policy and audit requirements
  • Monitor customer credit limits before order approval
  • Follow up on pending and overdue payments in coordination with finance team
  • Prepare daily MIS reports related to orders, dispatch, billing, and payments
  • Conduct fortnightly order reviews and reconcile ERP records
  • Ensure adherence to company commercial policies and procedures
  • Work on ERP systems for order processing, tracking, and documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy and generate reports from ERP systems
  • Maintain proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of orders, invoices, dispatches, and payments
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation always
  • Support Finance and Management during audits with organized records
