Commercial Executive

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or marine engineering.

Experience

4-5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations & co-ordination in marine/offshore/shipping-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

·      Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding commercial matters.

·      Obtain quotations from suppliers, evaluate commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms

·      Monitor project costs, budgets, and commercial performance.

·      Prepare cost estimates, commercial analyses, and management reports.

·      Maintain records of purchase orders, and commercial documentation.

·      Support tendering and bidding activities, including preparation of commercial submissions.

·      Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

·      Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

·      Good understanding of engineering and marine industry terminology.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word,

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

·      Marine, shipbuilding, offshore, engineering services, manufacturing, or project-based industries.
