Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Location Intelligence Consultant to help enterprise customers leverage ArcGIS, Business Intelligence, and spatial analytics to solve complex business challenges. The role combines business consulting, solution design, and customer engagement to drive enterprise adoption of location intelligence.

Core Roles and Responsibilities

• Consult large enterprises to identify GIS and location intelligence opportunities.
• Conduct discovery workshops and recommend ArcGIS-based solutions.
• Design solutions for location analytics, logistics & supply chain, warehouse planning, command & control centers, site selection, asset management, and network optimization.
• Develop enterprise GIS roadmaps, solution architectures, and proof of concepts.
• Integrate ArcGIS with BI platforms, enterprise applications, and data ecosystems.
• Create spatial dashboards and executive reports using ArcGIS and BI tools.
• Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders and support customer success.

Desired Skillset:

• Strong expertise in Enterprise GIS, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Dashboards, Experience Builder, and Spatial Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience integrating GIS with ERP, CRM, IoT, or cloud platforms.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills.

Desired Industry Experience:

Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, QSR, Logistics, Supply Chain, Banking & Financial Services, Automotive, Utilities, Telecom.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field.

Master's degree/MBA and Esri certifications will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

A customer-facing consultant with 6–12 years of experience who can translate business challenges into scalable GIS-enabled solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise adoption of location intelligence.
