Job Title: Commercial Card-Data Engineer-Sr Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:
  • Act as an AWS / ETL / Database / BI Full-Stack Lead Developer, delivering scalable data solutions end to end.
  • Design and develop data pipelines using AWS Glue, Python, Spark, integrating with Amazon S3, DMS, and AWS Transfer Family.
  • Lead database design, development, and performance tuning across PostgreSQL, RDS, Redshift, SQL Server, and complex SQL workloads.
  • Develop and support BI and analytics solutions using Amazon QuickSight, Cognos, and Tableau.
  • Participate in key stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of user stories, from design and development through deployment and production support.
  • Function as a hands-on individual contributor, completing sprint commitments while mentoring team members.
  • Lead module-level design, resolve technical challenges, and guide the team on architecture and best practices.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), managing sprint-level planning, execution, and reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with onsite and offshore stakeholders, presenting technical concepts and ensuring seamless system integration.
Qualifications
  • Lead and execute digital transformation and technology strategy aligned with Commercial Card business objectives, driving innovation and scalability.
  • Design and deliver AWS-based ETL, database, and BI solutions, with strong expertise in data interfaces, data quality, security, and analytics.
  • Define, promote, and enforce architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices across the technology organization.
  • Architect scalable, secure, high-performance platforms, including cloud migrations and technology stack upgrades.
  • Partner with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate customer feedback and requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee selection and governance of digital tools, platforms, and vendors, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards.
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure robust security and compliance, including SSO/SAML, encryption, data masking/tokenization, role-based access, maker-checker controls, and monitoring via Splunk.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including BI visualization, mobile application ecosystems (Android/iOS), and advanced AWS services, to enhance customer and operational experience.
