As a Commercial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of commercial activities across the sales lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all commercial aspects of the quotation process.
- Analyze and comment on prequalification documents and invitations to tender.
- Clarify, elaborate, and optimize commercial issues including:
- Contract analysis (including legal aspects)
- Business model structuring (NCM, consortium, subcontractor, split contracts)
- Tax concepts, insurance, currency risks, compliance, ECC, and cash flow planning.
- Support the Sales team in preparing quotation calculations and commercial documentation.
- Lead and execute the internal sales process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct commercial contract negotiations with internal and external customers for both domestic and export inquiries.
- Manage order financials from bid stage to handover, ensuring accuracy in cost, pricing, and cash flow.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report commercial risks, including credit risk analysis for potential and existing customers.
- Drive proactive contract and claim management in coordination with legal teams.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations (LOA, DOA, ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, hedging, etc.). Creating Damex-E, CF, Internal LOA documentation & various other documents ( as
applicable).
- Review and vet Bank Guarantees; facilitate their processing and issuance.
- Manage Sales Administration activities across pre- and post-sales processes.
- Skill in negotiation and presentation techniques. Attending customer meeting offline or online for commercial discussion as required.

Qualification Criteria:
Candidates should hold a Commerce graduate degree or a Master's in Business Administration, CA /ICWA with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
