Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to multi-task. This role will support various operational and administrative functions within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English
- 02 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and analytical mind-set.
- Experience in logistics, including supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics planning and execution, including coordinating shipments and managing inventory.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitoring shipments and resolving any issues that arise.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse logistical data and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
