Commercial & Purchase Executive

Role Description The Commercial & Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement and commercial operations for interior and fit-out projects. Daily tasks include processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and monitoring delivery timelines to ensure materials are available as per project schedules. The role also involves obtaining quotations, negotiating prices in line with commercial guidelines, maintaining accurate procurement documentation, and assisting in budget adherence and cost control. The Executive will work closely with project, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution, timely supplies, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including accurate preparation, tracking, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor coordination, price negotiation, and material sourcing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in commercial or procurement roles within construction, interiors, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement systems are preferred.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, draw comparisons is a must.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple priorities, and meet project timelines is required.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel / MSWord among other are necessary
