Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Commercetools Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using the Commercetools platform, including product catalog, shopping cart, checkout, and order management.

API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate APIs for Commercetools services, ensuring seamless interaction with third-party systems such as payment gateways, CRM, and ERP.

Microservices Architecture: Build scalable and modular microservices for specific e-commerce functionalities, ensuring proper separation of concerns and maintainability.

Headless Commerce Implementation: Develop and manage headless commerce implementations, enabling integration with various frontend platforms, such as custom web and mobile applications.

Customizations: Customize the Commercetools platform for business-specific needs, including product, pricing, inventory, and order workflows.

Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of the e-commerce solution, ensuring quick response times and high availability.

Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Mentoring: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers, sharing best practices in Commercetools development and headless architecture.

Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure code quality and performance standards are met.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation and architectural diagrams.
