Job Description

  • Direct and manage multiple managers responsible for B2B, B2C, B2B2C, Customer Integration
  • platforms and call center-based ordering applications.
  • Design, architect, develop, test, implement and document scalable digital applications.
  • Manage the development and deployment of all new projects that impacts all B2B, B2C, B2B2C,
  • Customer Integration platforms and call center-based ordering applications.
  • Ensure the quality of all production deployments with no critical postproduction issues.
  • Manage application support and operations of all Digital applications to support day to day
  • business operations. Ensure all defined SLAs are achieved
  • Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of
  • procurement and development efforts.
  • Lead pre and post testing phases of development by evaluating proposals to identify potential
  • problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations.
  • Ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user
  • requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency and then develop strategies
  • for improving or leveraging these systems.
  • Identify and resolve program errors for break/fix for assigned applications.
  • Design, develop, and install enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software.
  • Track progress of development projects and take appropriate actions to assure delivery
  • schedules are met.
  • Angular with Material UI is good to have
  • SAP Hybris B2B and B2C, Angular, Java Script, Spring
