Job Description Faculty (Business Studies / Economics / Accountancy / Mathematics)
Location: Noida/Delhi (or near any PW Studio)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching for the MP State Board curriculum for assigned subjects.
- Prepare comprehensive academic content including notes, question banks, sample papers, PPTs, and assignments.
- Record studio sessions as per PW's content standards (conceptual classes, practice lectures, doubt-solving).
- Update content regularly based on the latest board syllabus, notifications, and guidelines.
- Support the academic team in designing assessments, mock tests, and performance improvement modules.
- Ensure strong learning outcomes through engaging, clear, and structured teaching.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain content accuracy and delivery quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
- 25 years of teaching experience in MadhyaPradesh State Board curriculum.
- Strong conceptual understanding and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
- Prior experience in camera-facing teaching, online classes, or ed-tech is an added advantage.
