Monitor and assess the potential impact of local and global events on business operations.
Notify business units about performance issues in a timely manner and take necessary actions to ensure service level targets and financial goals are met.
Partner with internal technical teams and external vendor resources to manage and resolve service-impacting events.
Ensure that events with potential impact on clients or employees are escalated promptly to the Site Manager and relevant technical teams.
Produce accurate and timely communications during critical and time-sensitive situations.
During crisis situations, log and report events accurately and in sequence.
Engage support groups and drive technical bridge calls in case of potential impact on the production environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Moogsoft, BPPM, Patrol, Splunk (preferred) and ITSM tools like Remedy, ServiceNow (SNOW).
Strong analytical skills to provide L1 technical support and resolve issues based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Highly responsive and proactive, with the ability to own tasks from start to finish.
High attention to detail.
Knowledge of crisis management.
