Key Responsibilities
- Conduct simulations for cold flow, hot flow, mixing and fluid-solid interactions within combustion systems.
- Develop, validate, and optimize models that simulate complex physical phenomena and reaction chemistry.
- Create concepts and designs for combustion systems and components.
- Analyze simulation data, interpret findings, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for system design improvements.
- Work closely with design and development teams to integrate CFD analysis results into the product development process.
- Improve and enhance current analysis methods and tools to increase prediction accuracy and efficiency.
- Adherence to Quest Global process compliance and demonstration of Quest Global Core values, thereby add value to Customer.
- Work in good collaboration with global and local teams and customers.

Benefits
- 3 to 8 years of experience with PhD or Master's degree in Thermal/Chemical /CFD/Mechanical Engineering.
- Expertise in using commercial CFD software STAR-CCM+, Solver & Pre-post tools. Additional software proficiency could be an added advantage.
- Deep knowledge of reaction modeling, including the formation and reduction of pollutants like soot and nitrogen oxides (NOx).
- Strong understanding of concepts, designs of Gas Turbine Combustor & its components to improve / optimize combustion processes for better efficiency and performance.
- A strong understanding of advanced fluid dynamics principles. Familiarity with tools like Python and Cantera for combustion analysis, as well as CAD software for model preparation.
- Working level knowledge on UG NX or Any CAD package is an added advantage.
- Ability to quickly learn and deliver the CFD tasks with prescribed quality levels.
