I am looking for an offshore Collibra technical consultant. Below are the responsibilities and skills/experience. Please let me know if this is something you can help with.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Collibra workflows, operating models, domains, and assets
- Develop and maintain Collibra integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and metadata ingestion frameworks
- Support data governance processes including data cataloging, lineage, glossary, and stewardship workflows
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform upgrades, and manage environment configurations
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on access control, roles, and permissions
- Support reporting and dashboards within Collibra and downstream analytics tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Collibra (DGC, Data Catalog, Data Quality, Lineage)
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Alation, Snowflake, SAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
