Key Responsibilities

Program Team

• Guide students through college admissions post-10th and 12th and support scholarship applications.
• Counsel students on their skills, interests, and career pathways to identify right-fit College, Course, and Career (3Cs).
• Build long-term partnerships with scholarship providers.
• Develop relationships with employers for internships and job placements.
• Conduct job readiness workshops including resume writing, mock interviews, and career guidance.

We Care Team

• Provide one-on-one counselling and hands-on support to at-risk college-going students.
• Connect students with relevant support services, including learning disability assistance, peer study groups, family counseling, and health services.
• Engage parents and ensure they are aware of their child's progress and actively support their education.
• Build partnerships with colleges to monitor and support at-risk students.

iTeach Mitra Program

• Recruit and onboard high-potential student alumni leaders to catalyze alumni engagement.
• Coach and manage alumni leaders, providing professional development, peer learning, and on-the-job guidance.
• Design community-building events such as hobby clubs, sports tournaments, career field trips, and alumni reunions.
