About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team and manage college onboarding, partner relationships, admission operations, and campus ambassador initiatives.

You'll work directly with college admission teams and help ensure smooth operations and successful execution of our college partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of partner colleges and maintain accurate college profiles and dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day communication with college admission teams.
• Track college deliverables, campaign progress, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Recruit, onboard, and coordinate campus ambassadors.
• Manage college research, information collection, and content submissions.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and maintain operational records.
• Collaborate with technology and content teams.
• Attend college visits, education events, and industry conferences.

Who We're Looking For

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Comfortable communicating with college representatives and students.
• Interested in education, technology, and startup operations.
• Willing to travel across India for college visits and events.

Compensation & Training

• 4-month paid training and probation.
• 15,000/month during probation.
• 3–5 LPA after confirmation, based on performance and fit.
