Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Team Leader based in Delhi, India. The Collection Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of collection agents, set collection targets, and monitor performance against those targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective collection strategies, communicating with clients to negotiate payment terms, and addressing escalated client concerns. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive success in debt recovery.

• Proficient in Team Leadership and the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Strong Finance acumen to evaluate financial information and apply appropriate strategies
• Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
