- Design and run Champion vs. Challenger tests to continuously improve collection strategies and recovery outcomes
- Build and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) tracking portfolio performance and productivity, using SQL primarily
- Analyze portfolio trends and collection effectiveness to identify where performance can improve, and translate findings into action
- Lead ad-hoc deep-dives to answer emerging questions from Risk and business stakeholders
- Develop segmentation and treatment strategies for Consumer and SME loan portfolios across the full recovery spectrum — from early-stage outreach to field visits, legal action, and outsourced partners
- Support debt resolution programs, including structuring restructuring and settlement options for customers
- Shape capacity planning to ensure the right resources are in place to execute strategy effectively
- Coordinate with internal legal teams on recovery actions requiring escalation
- Set and monitor KPIs for external agency partners, holding them accountable to service standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology to enhance processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
- 2 years and above experience in a data-driven analytical role within a bank or regulated financial institution
- Credit risk or collections domain experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of collection strategies, delinquency management, or recovery processes; experience managing collection agencies or familiarity with legal recovery procedures
