Job Description:

Tavant Technologies is seeking a skilled Collections Squad - Lead/Senior Dotnet Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of applications within our collections department, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. Your expertise will be pivotal in streamlining our collections processes and enhancing our overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performing .NET applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in code quality and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and project timelines.

Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C# programming language.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API for developing web applications.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server or equivalent.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Tools Required:

- Visual Studio or equivalent IDE for .NET development.
- SQL Server Management Studio for database management.
- Jira or another project management tool for task tracking.
- Git for version control and collaboration.
- Postman or Swagger for API testing and documentation.
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools is a plus.
