**Location:** Delhi & Noida

**Qualification:** Minimum 12th Pass

**Languages Required:**

* Expert in Hindi

* Basic English

* Tamil / Telugu / Kannada (Added Advantage)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle outbound and inbound calls for collections

* Follow up with customers for overdue payments

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions

* Negotiate and resolve payment-related issues

* Ensure timely recovery as per company guidelines

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication skills

* Basic understanding of customer handling

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment

* Fresher can also apply
