Collections : OTC : B2B/B2C

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated professional for a Collections role within the Order to Cash (OTC) process for a leading ITES company. This position is crucial for managing accounts receivable and ensuring the timely collection of payments from both businesses (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C). You'll be responsible for strategically approaching collections, engaging with customers through various channels, and consistently meeting collection targets while upholding high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management & Strategy: Review allocated accounts, analyze customer financial data, and prepare detailed spreadsheet statements to strategize effective collection approaches.
• Customer Engagement: Contact customers through various mediums, including phone calls and emails, to facilitate payment collection.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve daily customer contact and collection targets as defined by performance metrics.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to service quality procedures while performing all collection activities.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Leverage excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong inclination towards achieving customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum 1 year of collections experience is required.
• B2B Collections experience is preferred.
• Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel & Word).
• Education: Any Graduate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in collections (preferably B2B collections).
• Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP system/environment.
