Job Description

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster
  • Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features.
  • Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures..
  • Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.
  • Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.
  • Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs
  • Create cross sell opportunities of other products.
  • Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
