Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager at TVS Credit Services Ltd., located in Panipat. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining a healthy portfolio. Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing effective collection strategies, supervising a team of field and tele-calling executives, monitoring overdue accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are also essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and supervise collections staff effectively
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers and stakeholders
• Analytical skills to review and interpret data for strategizing collections activities
• Knowledge of the collections process, regulatory compliance, and financial principles
• Proficiency in planning and executing collection strategies to optimize results
• Familiarity with credit products such as Two-Wheeler Loans, Consumer Durables Loans, or other financial services
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
• Graduation in any discipline is required; an MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage
