Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Kochi, Kerala. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage the collection process, ensuring timely repayments from clients. Responsibilities will include monitoring payment schedules, setting up efficient processes to minimize delinquency rates, liaising with customers to address payment issues, and preparing regular collection performance reports. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance recovery rates and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Financial Management Skills: Proficiency in managing collections, credit risk assessment, and understanding financial products.
- Customer Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience in negotiating payment arrangements.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends in payment behaviors, and propose effective collection strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in setting up and optimizing collection processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, Familiarity with semi-urban and rural markets is an advantage.
