Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely collections and bill submission to maintain DSO
- Responsible for revenue collection, retention, and revenue upselling
- Allocate data to team members and designed strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Handle total collection processes with backend support activity
- Leverage customer relationships to support billing and collection for faster payment clearance
