Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Noida. The Collections Manager will oversee the collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and implementing collection policies, negotiating payment arrangements, monitoring overdue accounts, and analyzing collection data to improve performance. The role also entails leading and training a team to effectively handle collections and achieving key financial targets.

- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess collection performance

- Working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software for managing collections is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a collections or credit management role is preferred
