Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in collections, credit control, or receivables managementpreferably in CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of subscription billing, usage-based billing, and telecom/CPaaS invoicing models.
- Prior experience handling enterprise/global clients and large-volume invoices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, billing CRMs, ERP systems, and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast collections, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
