Collections Executive – International BPO

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Educate customers on payment options and assist in resolving account-related concerns.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Meet quality, productivity, and collections targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• SSC/HSC Pass or above.
• Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

• Without Collections Experience: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• With Collections Experience: Up to ₹38,000 per month
