This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Telecaller based in Pune Division. The Collection Telecaller will be responsible for contacting individuals to collect outstanding dues, maintaining accurate records of transactions, negotiating repayment plans, and providing information related to account statuses. The role also includes resolving payment-related issues and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet collection targets. Professional communication and efficiency are critical aspects of this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including polite and persuasive negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in record-keeping, documentation, and basic computer skills
• Familiarity with credit collection processes, customer service practices, and debt management
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflict effectively
• Prior experience in credit collection or customer service roles is a plus
• Basic knowledge of financial systems and payment processes is an advantage
• Fluency in local languages and English for effective communication
