Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Team Leader, located in West Bengal, India. The Collection Team Leader will oversee and manage the debt collection team, monitor and analyze collection metrics, and implement strategies to improve recovery rates. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced Debt Collection and Customer Service skills
- Strong Team Leadership and Mentoring abilities
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in West Bengal, India
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
